Small back yard

View from back of house (large paved area for bike riding-yard beyond) These garages are on our porperty, but aren't our to use. Unless, I guess we rented one) Local people with "stuff" rent these for storage.

The yard!

The lot next door, connected to our yard (vacant, county-owned lot)

Kids comin' to play

Rand is standing in front of the door to the basement in this one

One of the downstairs (main level) bedrooms

Second main level bedroom

One of the upstairs bedrooms (already messy with toys) This will probably double as a playroom and a school room.

The other upstairs bedroom This will probably be the "office"/craft studio. In other words, MY room. :)

The craft room has an outdoor exit

The upstairs bathroom

Rand's favorite part: the ball fields across the street

There's a park with swings and slides and climbing stuff over by the fields.

Stay tuned for updated pictures including decorations and all of our personal touches. :)
Also stay tuned for pictures from our apple picking adventures with Chad and Amy!
We are off to get our Uhaul and start moving!!!!

Oh! and technically I live in Audubon, PA so the blog name (From Phoenix to Phoenixville is out!) I'm still thinking.......

What a great place. So much space for everyone. Inside and out. Is there a guest bedroom? I hope so! How does Sammy feel about the place. Lots of room for kids and a dog to run! And it is so GREEN. Beautiful!! Love, Aunt Nancy

The house looks really nice. I still do not see any signs pointing to the local fishing hole.

Loving the hardwood floors and the bluish bathroom. Very cute! It looks great. Saw Joanna at Oysterfest yesterday. Wish you would have been there too. Miss you. Hope that you will be quickly settled and can relax a bit soon. You deserve it!!!! Erin :)

LOVE it! Love that the upstairs has that outside exit too--that way, if one of you have folks over and you are meeting upstairs, they can use that door and not disturb anyone asleep downstairs. The floors are gorgeous and the yard and bike riding/chalk drawing/basketball playing area is awesome.

Did you get my emails about Saturday? I want you to come with us!

WOW!! Kaylee, the house is so beautiful!! It just seems so "you";) I had to laugh when Cody told me that it is right next to baseball fields for Rand! that's so perfect! It's like God carved a place out just for the Wagners:) I'm so happy for you all! Though we miss you tons! And of course, now the weather is spectacular here, but I'm sure it's beautiful there with the Fall and the changing leaves, I miss that. Things are good here, we are getting Ava's room ready for her and moving Jake to a big boy bed, that should be interesting;) Hailey talks about Brendan and Wyatt all the time, she tells me that they have moved, so cute! I'm so glad Rand likes his new job, we will certainly be praying it continues to be awesome and for you all to make some great new friends. SO here's the most vital question: when are you coming back to visit? :P miss and love you tons!
