Virtual Jojee

Yesterday I needed some help, so my sister, Joanna, (affectionately known as Jojee thanks to one of her nephews) came over to babysit. Sadly, she lives all the way across the country in Washington and she would have never made it in time so we had the next best thing. Our virtual Jojee sat on the couch with the boys and watched a movie with them via the webcame while I worked in the kitchen. It was nice. They asked her all sorts of questions like, "Wasn't that a cute one?" and "Are you feeling scared?" and she answered them. I think the boys really felt like they had her company. Now if only that computer were huggable.

Oh how we miss our Jojee. (loves to Uncle Jon, too)

Now you just need to make a big Jojee doll to sit between them so they can hug her too. SOOOOOOO cute. Maybe you could make a John doll too. We wouldn't want JOjee to be lonely. Love your Great Aunt Marshmellow

Genius.

And it worked! The world these kids are growing up in blows my mind. To think getting a computer that barely could handle a video game and only offered wordperfect to having a virtual nanny for them today. . .my brain is going to explode.

Nice work. Do you have to pay the same for virtual nanny work? Wouldn't it be less since they can't actually do the spanking?

HA! LOVE IT! Maybe you could slide one of Auntie Jojee's soft sweaters or sweatshirts over the computer to make is softer to hug! hahaha....Way to be creative Kaylee... and way to be "available" Auntie Jojee!!

What did we do without modern technology? That's just great.
