Why did you need a fireplace? Where do you find wood to cut?

okay, uncle bubba. you are clearly un-informed. one, the fireplace is obviously gas. two, there are plenty of trees in sedona and flagstaff. three, because of the high elevation there is a fair amount of snow that falls in the mountains of arizona in the winter. granted, it isn't anything like the mountains in the northwest, but you could still get cold and you might still want to use a fireplace. hmmm, i'm wondering why no mention of fish...or fishing? are you turning a corner?

Kaylee, I did not mention fish or fishing because I was genuinely interested in the fireplace, as you know I am a active memeber in the LOOLB. I thought that some lodge business could take place there, but now that I know that fireplace is a fake, a good location it is not.

wow! I think Uncle Bubba needs to be introduced to 7 Canyons in Sedona! It is very different from the NW, but no less beautiful! I understand the idea that the fireplace is a "fake" ;), but remember the majority of the clientele that are there are not exactly wood chopping men ;) This resort is all about pampering and relaxing, very posh. There are plenty of places in Sedona to chop your own wood for fire places, i prefer the place with the SPA!! maybe we need to broaden some horizons here;) God made the whole Earth, not just the NW:D Ok, I totally say all this with a big smile on my face because I have heard so much about Uncle Bubba from Kaylee.

now, having responded to any negativity about my choice of resorts to take my girlfriends to for my 30th, wink, wink... WE HAD A BLAST!!!! I am so thankful that my ladies were able to come! It was exactly the restful, peaceful time we needed. Whether because we are moms or hard working gals from LA, it was amazing. I am so thankful that the Lord placed these ladies in my life our first year together at Biola and that we are still friends today. I only wish a few more friends from out of state had been able to join us. Michaela's 30th is next!! WOO HOO!! LOVE YOU ALL!
